The Lutheran Women’s Missionary League (LWML) is an official  auxiliary of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. For over 77 years, the LWML has focused on affirming each woman’s relationship with Christ, encouraging and equipping women to live out their Christian lives in active mission ministries and to support global missions.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Lutheran Women's Missionary League is to assist each woman of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.
Vision Statement
The LWML is the leading group for LCMS women where each woman is welcomed and encouraged to use her unique God-given gifts as she supports global missions and serves the Lord with gladness.

Each year we support a mission.  Monetary support can be given during offering.  See our Mission Family below center.  Prayers always for these families
We support different service projects throughout the year.  Either through our youth, LWML, or our congregation in general.

COVID-19 Update
Kali, Laurel, Eleanor, Caroline, and I are all currently healthy and staying at home. We are taking this advice seriously, especially for our daughters as their faces are the targets of many cheek pinches and affection by well meaning Indonesians. We are so thankful to be sent by the LCMS as we know that we have great people looking out for us and monitoring the situation every day. Please thank God with us for all of our support staff in Saint Louis and in the Asia region!

Meet the Woods
Matthew, Kali, Laurel, Eleanor, and Caroline serve in Medan, Indonesia with LCMS International. Matthew supports The Indonesian Christian Lutheran Church (GKLI), by mentoring pastors, providing continuing education, and overseeing translation projects.
